SHIPPING & PAYMENT
All merchandise leaves our facility after it is inspected and in perfect condition. If your purchased item is received damaged or lost during transit, please contact us via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@PLAYPOPGO.COM immediately. All outer and inner packaging materials from us must be saved for the inspection by UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service will reimburse you for damages.
BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESS
If Billing and Ship-to addresses do not match, proof of credit card may be requested.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
Order processing time is at least 1 - 5 days. We will do our best to ship your order on the next business day after we receive your order or at the earliest time possible. If your order is received on Friday or weekend, we will do our best to ship your order on the following Monday if it is not a public holiday or at the earliest time possible. As soon as your order is shipped, the tracking information will be emailed to you.
CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
Once an online order is placed, it cannot be changed online. However, we may be able to modify or cancel the order for you if your order has not already been shipped to you. Please contact us via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@PLAYPOPGO.COM immediately.

CREDIT CARD POLICIES
We process Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both billing address and zip code. If either your address or zip code do not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for credit card holder and ourselves.
For international orders. Proof of credit card will be requested.
