RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We guarantee your complete satisfaction on every product we sell and want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
Should you find that something is not to your satisfaction, please contact us via email CUSTOMERSERVICE@PLAYPOPGO.COM. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
All sales are final except the size exchange. If you would like to exchange the size, you must contact us via email within 7 days of receipt and we will email you the return authorization code and instruction on how to return the product.
Please note that for the size exchange, the product must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. There will not be any exception to this policy.
When you return your purchased item, send it to us via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service INSURED and with tracking number. We do not issue a return label and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, we will not be responsible for lost or uninsured item.
